Use of the service

FaviconKit provides free tools to generate, download and audit website favicons. You may use generated icons for personal or commercial projects. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any source image, logo or trademark you upload or look up.

Acceptable use

Do not use the downloader or checker to probe internal, private or unauthorized systems, to attempt to disrupt the service, or to process unlawful content. Requests are rate-limited and scanned for abuse.

Third-party content

The downloader retrieves icons that belong to their respective website owners. Downloading an icon does not grant you a license to use it; obtain permission where required.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated packages or fetched icons are error-free or continuously available. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
